Gospel super-duo Mary Mary was tapped for Ebony’s June 2013 cover. The issue celebrates the tradition of black music, but Erica and Tina Campbell are sharing more than their love for gospel in the feature. The Campbell sisters candidly tackle infidelity, going solo and more in their interview.

Tina – the outspoken and bold sister – has a cover-line worth gasping at. Underneath the revealed image of the ladies on the cover is “Tina: How I forgave my husband after his affair.” Tina’s spouse Teddy cheated on her.

“Once I became aware [of the affair], I initially wanted to kill my husband,” she said. “I was considering adjusting the will, the living trust and all that kind of stuff. I did physically try to stab him. Several times…I never got to the point of physical harm, not really, but my words…My words hurt.”
