The Hollywood Walk of Fame committee chair David Green has announced the 2014 list of honorees.

The list includes talk show host Tavis Smiley and rapper Tupac Shakur, who will be honored posthumously, according to Variety.

Smiley recently celebrated his 10th year with PBS, hosting Tavis Smiley on television and radio’s The Tavis Smiley Show. 

Shakur will receive a star for his storied music career.  The late rapper released five albums before his death in a 1993 drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died at the age of 25.

The legendary artist was also a talented actor, starring in the 1992 film Juice and 1993’s Poetic Justice, among other movies.

Matthew McConaughey, Do the Right Thing star Giancarlo Esposito, Liam Neeson and Katy Perry are also included on the 2014 list of honorees.
