Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) said in a recent interview with World Net Daily that President Obama deserves a “spanking.”
Bachmann said that Obama “has a perpetual magic wand and nobody’s given him a spanking yet and taken it out of his hand.”
She continues saying that Congress needs to “give the president a major wake-up call, and the way we spank the president is we do it through the checkbook.”
Bachmann warns that Republicans “could actually lose the gavel by 2014” if the House passes an immigration reform bill, which she refers to as “amnesty,” that would provide citizenship to undocumented immigrants.
The Republican representative claims that if immigration reform passes, by 2014 the president, the House majority and the Senate majority will be Democrats.
“At that point they will change election law, and it will be almost impossible to ever see a Republican majority again,” she said.
