She is the star of the fall’s biggest blockbuster, Gravity, alongside George Clooney, and her performance is already earning her Oscar buzz.
She also, apparently, is a hip-hop fan as evidenced by her performance of the 1979 classic “Rapper’s Delight” on The Jonathan Ross Show.
The British talk show host convinced Bullock to rap along to the song after the 49-year-old admitted she’d memorized the lyrics as a teenager to impress a boy.
“I was like, ‘Next time I go to that dance, I’m going to know every word. I’m going to make sure he sees me lip-syncing it, and I’m going to catch his eye, and say the words. And he’s going to like me. And sadly it worked,” she said.
