Missing law student and mother of three, Tiane Brown was found shot to death in a vacant Detroit lot.

The aspiring attorney was reported missing by her parents on Monday night after she did not return from class at Wayne State University’s Law School to pick up her children.

Brown’s body was found inside her SUV, which was parked in a lot near the abandoned Packard plant.

Detroit Police Chief James Craig said Wednesday afternoon that two suspects have been taken into custody.

“We are desperately asking for your help,” Chief Craig said, urging the community to come forward with any helpful information.

Brown was a law clerk at Rader, Fishman & Grauer law firm and third year law student, who already earned an undergraduate degree in biological sciences and two masters degrees, one in biomedical engineering and one in business administration.

She served as the president of the Wayne Intellectual Property Student Association and was a member of the Board of Directors for Developing KIDS, a non-profit organization that provides free after school, weekend and summer programs for children and families in the Detroit area.

Wayne State University President M. Roy Wilson said that a fund for Browns children, ages 14, eight and one, will be established, adding that the Board of Governors decided all her children would get free tuition at WSU when they are ready for college, reports the Detroit Free Press.
