TODAY: Meet the Jamaican Olympic bobsled team

TODAY - The Jamaican bobsled team is back in the Olympics for the first time in 12 years, and two-man team of Winston Watts and Marvin Dixon appeared on TODAY Tuesday to talk about their return and the obstacles they've faced.

TODAY – The Jamaican bobsled team is back in the Olympics for the first time in 12 years, and two-man team of Winston Watts and Marvin Dixon appeared on TODAY Tuesday to talk about their return and the obstacles they’ve faced.

Watts and Dixon finished 29th out of 30 teams in Monday’s two-man bobsled competition in Sochi.

“It’s been a rocky road for us, and we’ve been through a lot,” Watts said. “We approach this Olympics with an open mind. Whatever result comes, we have to accept it.”

Dixon and Watts also talked about spreading the warm Jamaican vibe in Sochi, and their plans for the 2018 Olympics.
