Hollywood’s most anticipated moment of the year has finally arrived; the 2014 Academy Awards broadcast is just days away.
In an advance of the Oscars, theGrio’s Chris Witherspoon is giving his predictions for some of the biggest categories of the night.
Aside from the awards being handed out, folks will be tuning in to see who’s presenting and performing.
This year, Hollywood heavyweights including Sidney Poitier, Whoopi Goldberg, Viola Davis, Tyler Perry, Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington, Will Smith, will present awards.
And look out for performances from Pharrell Williams, Pink, Bette Midler, and Frozen star Idina Menzel.

The Oscars will be hosted by Ellen Degeneres and broadcast live from Los Angeles Sunday at 8:30/7:30c on ABC.
