Tuesday night, the New York Mets hosted the Pittsburgh Pirates at Citi Field. Queens native and rapper 50 Cent threw out the ceremonial first pitch.
What happened next was pure comedy.
50 threw his pitch way-wide left. He almost took out a camera man in the process.
The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ emcee’s awful throw was a hit on social media. Some even asked if it was the worst celebrity first pitch all time.
So maybe 50 just doesn’t know how to throw a baseball. AÂ video posted by TMZ proves otherwise. Â The video shows 50 practicing his throw before his big moment.
So was he just trolling us all?
