When Ariana Grande and Big Sean made “Problem” together this summer, they may have solved each others’ “being single” problem. Big Sean, the hit star of Hall of Fame (2013) and Ariana Grande, who played Cat Valentine from Nickelodean’s Victorious(2010-2013) and again in the spinoff show, Sam and Cat (2013-2014), are rumored to be dating, according to E! News.
E! News shares this little tidbit:
They have been friends since they made the song [Problem] together. They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great.

It looks like singer Ariana Grande and rapper Big Sean have taken their friendship to a new level.
After only a whispered part in the background of “Problem,” it was announced last Monday that the singers have released an entire new single together, “Best Mistake,” to be featured in Grande’s new album, My Everything.
This comes as exciting news to fans of both, as each character in this blossoming romance has had some hard times of late. For Grande, the recent sorrow over her grandfather’s death was doubled by the failure of her then boyfriend, Jai Brooks, to stand by her side and comfort her through the ordeal.
“When her grandfather was dying, everyone was there for her. People flew to Florida to be with her, but Jai didn’t,” a source on E!News said. “Ariana just felt he wasn’t there like he should have been.”
In the short history of the two as a couple, they had an up and down relationship from the beginning. This perceived abandonment during her time of need was the last straw.
After that breakup, Ariana Grande seemed to wish to remain single again for a while, to the joy of thousands of young admirers. But now it looks like singlehood just doesn’t agree with her, and many of her fans agree.
After choosing to end his engagement to Glee star Naya Rivera in April this year, Big Sean has purportedly been like a ship without a rudder, and sources close to him revealed he hoped to find love again soon.
According to Rivera, Big Sean thought she was too jealous of his affections, which is one of the reasons he broke off their engagement. As if in retaliation, Rivera then married her longtime friend, Ryan Dorsey, on the very same day she had been planning to marry Big Sean.
Did he notice? He didn’t say anything if he did, but plenty of other people did.
Perhaps he wasn’t too heartbroken over the matter. In any case, if all the gossip is true, he may have found new love in Grande-form.
