Steve Harvey is getting real with Oprah during the season premiere of the Emmy-award winning series, Oprah’s Lifeclass, on OWN.

Oprah and Steve have an eye-opening and inspirational  conversation about the keys to success.

Coming back this fall with an all-new season of his nationally-syndicated Steve Harvey Show, Harvey doles out practical advice in his latest book, Act Like a Success, Think Like a Success: Discovering Your Gift and The Way To Life’s Riches.

Some lessons include: how to find your talents and gifts, let go of excuses, embrace fear and failure, and release what is preventing you from achieving your dreams.

Steve gets candid with Oprah while discussing his strong belief in surrounding himself with people who dream big.

“You know, if you don’t surround yourself with other dreamers, here’s what I know. If nine of your friends are broke, you’re going to be the tenth one,” Steve said. ” If seven of your friends smoke, you’re going to be number eight if you stay with that circle of friends. You’ve got to surround yourself with like-minded people. See, stop telling your big dreams to small-minded people.”

All-new Oprah’s Lifeclass episodes airing in September include Oprah & Dr. Shefali: Confessions of Stressed Out Parents, An Intimate Look (September 21) and Oprah & Dr. Shefali: the Children Speak Out (September 28).

Tune in for the season premiere of Oprah’s Lifeclass with Steve Harvey, Sunday September 7 at 9/8c.
