A new lawsuit alleges Cher racially discriminated against dancers.

TMZ obtained a lawsuit in which Cher is getting sued for “racial discrimination and retaliation.”

Two dancers and a choreographer from her former staff decided to hold her responsible for a hiring decision she made.

Choreographer Kevin Wilson declared that at the auditions for the 2014 Dressed to Kill tour, he was particularly interested in a female dancer who was very talented. When he proposed her to Cher, she answered shortly: “We have too much color on stage.”

More than this, Wilson said the superstar instructed him to avoid casting “dark skinned black dancers” and look for a “white blonde” instead.

The lawsuit also claims that Cher is trying to cover up a sexual assault by one of her dancers at a Louisville show in June. One of her male dancers was allegedly “sexually aggressive” with a female fan in his Louisville hotel room.

The artist reportedly fired Kevin Wilson and other “whistle blowers” and kept the alleged sex offender. While the tour managed to make $54.9 million, the plaintiffs said it was the budget cuts that got them fired.

As a black person himself, Wilson said that he was also racially discriminated against by the Diva. One of her representatives told TMZ that all these accusations “couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Her attorney commented as well, calling this lawsuit “untrue and categorically denied.”
