Mom arrested for car burglary claims she was “looking for ISIS terrorists”
Lisa Carol Roche, a 41-year-old woman, wanted police to believe she was looking for terrorists at home so we don’t have to look for them abroad. Roche of Hurley, Mississippi, was caught burglarizing cars in the parking lot of her children’s school. Her excuse according to police was that she was “looking for ISIS terrorists.”
Roche was found stealing sunglasses and other items from vehicles parked at East Central High School and was taken to the Jackson County Adult Detention Center on Friday. This is not her first brush with the law. She’s been arrested for misdemeanor careless driving, felony embezzlement and felony burglary.
She now faces a fine up to $10,000 and up to five years in prison if she’s found guilty of commercial burglary of an automobile.
