Baboola shared his story of becoming a cannibal at a young age and continuing to eat humans today on “special occasions.”
“As a child, my brother-in-law fed me human flesh,” he said. “When I asked him what I was eating, he said it was good and that I shouldn’t mind.”

Thirteen people were arrested in Kalisizo, Uganda, last March on charges of cannibalism. The group is believed to have killed a pregnant woman and her unborn child and eaten them.
Many citizens do not go out at night for fear they will be killed by cannibals.
Baboola says he does not kill people to eat – Â he will only eat people who are already dead, noting that fresh meat tastes the best.
