Kanye West teams with Paul McCartney on song honoring his mom and daughter
Kanye West would like to wish his daughter, North, a very happy New Year, and the gorgeous ballad he released for her certainly does just that.
The song includes a keyboard accompaniment and backup vocals by Paul McCartney and is now the favorite song of Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian.
The song was originally posted on SoundCloud but was taken down early this morning. However, Kanye did tweet a link to the song on iTunes.

Kim took to Twitter to say: “People always ask me what my favorite Kanye song is and it’s ‘Only One.’ Kanye feels like his mom sang thru him to our daughter.
“I cry every time I hear this song and such a beautiful photo of Kanye and North by Inez and Vinoodh.”
The sentimental song says that Kanye asked for one angel and “got two,” referring to both Kim and North.
