MTV's '16 and Pregnant' star arrested after allegedly offering cop sex for cash
theGrio REPORT - 21-year-old Valerie Fairman, who starred in MTV's "16 and Pregnant," was arrested after police spotted her streetwalking.
21-year-old Valerie Fairman, who starred in MTV’s “16 and Pregnant,” was arrested after police spotted her streetwalking. Her arrest was part of a sting operation that ended in arrests of 7 different women.
Police conducted the operation after receiving several complaints in the New Castle, Delaware, area about prostitution. Fairman was arrested after she allegedly agreed to sex in exchange for cash and is still in custody.
Fairman became popular on the show in its second season and was regularly in fights with her baby daddy over their daughter, Nevaeh. She was previously arrested for assault after pushing and punching her mother during a heated exchange.
This isn’t the first time a cast member from 16 & Pregnant has found themselves in the sex industry or getting in trouble with the law after leaving the show.
Farrah Abraham has most notably become a porn star since her stint on the MTV series and has now branched into reality t.v. – becoming a staple in gossip magazines.
