Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, tied the knot with actor Richard Lawson on a yacht this weekend.
According to TMZ, the wedding, attended by Jay Z, Beyoncé and their daughter, Blue Ivy, as well as Solange Knowles and others, took place on the top deck of a yacht fittingly called “Eternity” in Newport Beach, CA on Sunday.
This is the second wedding in less than a year for the Knowles family. Solange married Alan Ferguson in a beautiful New Orleans ceremony just five months ago.
For 62-year-old Tina Knowles and 67-year-old Richard Lawson, who began dating each other back in 2013, this will be a second chance at love. It is the second marriage for both.
Tina Knowles divorced Beyoncé’s father, Mathew Knowles, in 2011.
