Lifetime has a new docu-series called Living with the Enemy in which people with “vastly different viewpoints” are forced to live together.

The premiere episode features fitness fanatic Michel Marley and plus-sized model Kristy Love living together for eight days.

It doesn’t go too well.

“I believe that the way that Kristy is glamorizing being obese is not acceptable,” Marley said to Entertainment Tonight’s Ashlan Cousteau when they were interviewed about their time together.

“I’m not obese,” Love interrupted. “I’m overweight.”

Marley, at 5’5″ and weighs 120 pounds while Love is 5’3 and weighs 335.

But it’s Marley who seems to have issues with her own body, as shown in a clip from the show in which Marley tapes up her own waist before a photo shoot because she is worried about “bloating” because of all the food she ate while living with Love.

And yet Marley spends much of her time trying to get Love to lose weight.

“I’m going to put her fat ass in her place,” she says in a clip from the show. “I’m not taking any of her excuses.”

Asked to explain her attitude, Marley said, “I’m not fat-shaming in any way. It’s just like a tough love with your children.”

But nothing can keep Love down, and by the end of the interview, she still describes herself as “large and in charge.”
