Police search for Nebraska 'stalker,' who tries to get interracial couples to break-up

theGRIO REPORT - Ten different multi-racial couples in Omaha, Nebraska have become the victims of a stalker who has been leaving shocking letters trying to dissuade them from dating.

At least 10 different interracial couples in Omaha, Nebraska have become the victims of a stalker who has been leaving shocking letters trying to dissuade them from dating, and one couple has even been forced to leave their home.

At first, Curtis Jackson and his girlfriend, Tasha, were simply frustrated and annoyed by the letters, one of which started, “Dear uneducated white woman.” The letters were dropped on their car overnight and attempted to “explain” why the two of them should not be together, reports KMTV.

But one night, Jackson looked out the window to see the letter writer in the middle of another dropoff. He saw that the man “dropped the letters across the ground” and immediately went outside to check it out.

“You’re dumb for dating a black guy, and you’re gonna make dirty black babies,” said one of the letters.

The two of them realized that they no longer felt safe, and they decided to leave their home to escape the deluge of letters from their very determined stalker.

“It made me feel more uneasy and scared for her safety and her well-being to know that whoever did this is is targeting her,” Jackson told KMTV.

He added, “I’m used to seeing this type of backlash. But the letters weren’t to me. They were to her.”

Police are working to track down the man behind the letters and have since released footage of a man they believe to be Jackson’s stalker. Authorities report at least 10 interracial couples have come forward to report similar incidents.
