Earl Palmer said it was all about spontaneity when he and his girlfriend Kimberly Jackson had sex in the middle of a Norfolk, Virginia, parking lot this week.
The couple was arrested, according to an incredible WTKR report.Â
“[I] was in the mood, and that’s basically what happened,” Jackson told the station.
Can Palmer and Jackson guarantee it won’t happen again?
Jackson told a WTKR reporter quickly, “No.” Palmer said, “I don’t know.”
According to police, the couple had been drinking and started to have sex in broad daylight. Soon after, Palmer passed out because he said he had been drinking too much.
“In the beginning I consented,” Palmer assured a WTKR reporter. “But I had a little too much to drink so I passed out.”
The alcohol led Jackson to believe the couple wouldn’t get caught, she said.
“From now on we know, we got to do it more discreetly,” Palmer said.
