Bride makes husband float above the floor in first dance video

Los Angeles magician Justin Willman and his comedian bride Jillian Sipkins had been practicing the move for months before their wedding. After all, neither of them could really dance, and they wanted to do something memorable.

They chose the song “I Put a Spell on You” for their first dance as a married couple and took to the dance floor, only to pull off a brilliant levitation stunt.

Sipkins really did seem to “put a spell on” her new husband as he levitated off the floor as the stunned guests looked on in amazement.

After the awesome stunt went viral, Willman spoke to People about their dance but didn’t give away his magician’s tricks.

“Our big move at the end was accomplished with a mix of magic and a few thousand sit-ups,” he told the magazine. “It was a lot more fun than we expected — the practice time actually gave us a few uninterrupted hours each day leading up to the wedding — and pulling it off for our guests made it worth all the prep. The fact that people are responding so positively to the videos is really a bonus at this point. The wedding day was perfect, and now we get to see that reflected back to us by a whole bunch of strangers. It’s pretty surreal.”

This isn’t the couple’s first time in the spotlight. They originally went viral last week after posting a Drunk History parody of how they met.
