TMZ reported the SnapChat video earlier this week, and concerned officials now want to speak to the rapper.
It is unclear exactly what the rapper is smoking, but Child Protective Services is reportedly attempting to contact Quan with questions.
In the video, he blows out a large cloud of smoke, while his one-year-old sits on his lap.
