Jermaine Dupri just gave all the tea to Wendy Williams.
During a recent interview Dupri talked about everything from tax problems to his past relationships, and during the conversation, he admitted that he might have asked Janet Jackson to marry him.
Dupri says he hasn’t spoke with Janet since her marriage to Wissam Al Man in 2012, but opened up about his past with the “Rhythym Nation” singer.
“It’s funny because people try to use my life against me. It’s a moment. My life is incredible. I’ve had an amazing career and it’s just getting started. Anything that people say about me, about Janet, about anything that’s gone on in my life, you can’t talk about my life. It’s my life. It’s amazing,” Dupri said.
When Dupri then said he was in a relationship with Jackson for eight years, Williams pressed, “Did you ever ask her to marry you?”
“I think so,” he replied.
