Straight black men react after being pranked in a gay rapper's video

Fusion’s “F-Comedy,” an online group using satire to discuss social change, decided to see what would happen if straight black men were tricked into being part of a gay rapper’s video. The idea behind the prank was to test the theory that black men are more homophobic.
Ben Bizuneh, from the comedy group LieGuys, starred in the video as the fake rapper Boss Quoss and asked the extras to participate in his music video. He had the men remove their shirts and perform dance moves that mimicked masturbation, but the real problem came when Bizuneh made out with one of the extras, who was in on the prank.
A few of the men stormed off the set when the reveal that ‘Boss Quoss’ was gay hit them. “We’re heterosexual men who love women. It’s as simple as that,” said one.
Others stuck around to offer their support. “I support Boss Quoss, the first openly gay rapper, and I ain’t mad at him,” said one man.
“It was really interesting to see the range of reactions from the music video participants,” Bizuneh told the Huffington Post. “I’m not sure if we can make any broad conclusions based on what happened, but I do think the world could use a rapper like Boss Quoss.”
