Something’s going on at Gladys Knight’s Signature Chicken and Waffles in Atlanta.
The popular eatery failing a health inspection earlier this month. Inspectors gave the restaurant a score of 56 out of 100 and cited 15 violations.
Inspectors noted a lack of adequate “hand washing facilities supplied and accessible” and also said that those who were preparing the food were not washing their hands properly.
According to WSB-TV, inspectors found “heavy debris” on ceilings and vents. The chicken and waffles fixture received a score of 94 out of 100 last April. Fulton County Health inspectors are expected back to “re-examine” the restaurant.
