Matthew McConaughey – Before he won an Oscar, the actor was arrested by Austin, Texas, police in October 1999 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a neighbor called to complain about music blaring from the actor’s crib. When cops arrived, they found McConaughey dancing around in the buff and playing bongo drums. The drug charges against McConaughey were eventually dropped, though the star did plead guilty to violating Austin’s noise ordinance, for which he paid a $50 fine.

Tommy Lister – Actor Tommy “Tiny” Lister, best know for his role as “Deebo” in the movie “Friday,” is seen above in a United States Marshals Service mug shot taken after he was charged in an August 2012 criminal information with participating in a multimillion dollar mortgage fraud scheme. Lister, 54, has signed a plea agreement calling for him to cop to a felony conspiracy charge. Additionally, the actor agreed to “cooperate fully” with federal prosecutors and IRS and FBI agents probing the financial swindle, according to court documents.

Terrence Howard – Howard was arrested in August 2000 after causing a disturbance on an airplane. Howard allegedly assaulted a Continental Airlines flight attendant after refusing her request to return to his seat because the seat belt sign was on (the actor, cops said, grabbed the flight attendant by the wrist and tried to push her). Howard was arrested when the flight landed in Cleveland, where he posed for the above Cleveland Division of Police mug shot. The misdemeanor rap against him was subsequently dropped by a local prosecutor for lack of jurisdiction.
Terrence Howard – The actor posed for the above mug shot in September 2001 after Pennsylvania cops arrested him for assaulting his estranged wife. According to a Whitemarsh Police Department report, Howard — a 2006 Academy Award nominee for his role in ‘Hustle & Flow’ — argued on the phone with Lori McCommas and warned her, ‘Don’t disrespect me by hanging up on me or I’ll come over and hurt you.’ After McCommas hung up and called 911, Howard went to her house, kicked in the front door, and punched the mother of his three children twice in the face. When a Whitemarsh cop responded to the scene, Howard admitted, ‘I broke the door down and hit my wife.’ After being charged with a variety of crimes (simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and stalking), Howard subsequently pleaded guilty in 2002 to disorderly conduct.
Carmen Electra – Tara Patrick (aka Carmen Electra) was arrested by Miami Beach police in November 1999 and charged with battering her husband, former NBA star Dennis Rodman. However, charges against the “Baywatch” star were eventually dropped.

Chris Tucker – The comedian was arrested in April 2005 and charged with reckless driving and fleeing to elude after he did not immediately pull over his speeding 2005 Bentley. Tucker, 33, spent about 30 minutes in a McDuffie County lockup before posting cash bond and being released. According to cops, the ‘Rush Hour’ star, an Atlanta native, was doing 109 mph on Interstate 20 when clocked by state troopers.

Woody Harrelson – The actor was arrested by Columbus, Ohio, police in October 1982 and charged with disturbing the peace (he was allegedly dancing in the middle of a busy road and tried to run away from the cops). The ‘Cheers’ star, 21 at the time, avoided jail time by paying a fine.
Wesley Snipes – In April 2008, actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to three years in federal prison for failing to file income tax returns. The star of “Blade” and, fittingly, “U.S. Marshals” had his mug shot taken by the U.S. Marshals Service.
