Offering comments about this newly released collection paying homage to Bryant, the vice president of AEG Merchandise company, Sean Ryan, who designed the collection said, “This city is all about spectacle.” He continued, “Derek Jeter might have represented the blue-collar people of New York, but Kobe is more about showtime, so we had to think of diamonds and gold.”
