Grace Gealy and Trai Byers Married

A new press release has confirmed that on-screen enemies have become newlyweds in real life. Grace Gealy and Trai Byers had been engaged, and now they have finally tied the knot.

The show that made them on-screen rivals, Empire, is a hot drama set in New York. The show follows the lives of the Lyon family, who operate and own a music company called ‘Empire Entertainment.’

Empire stars Trai and Grace sealed the deal with each other with a private formal wedding ceremony in the Grand Cayman Islands. The attending family and closest friends joined in the celebration with dancing, lobster and steak at the reception following the couple’s ceremony. Reportedly, no other cast members from Empire attended the wedding.

The current smash hit show that brought the couple together has aired for two seasons to date, and the show was just renewed for a third season announced in January.

The event took place on Thursday at a private mansion along the beach. The reception was rumored to included great food and amazing music for the couple and guests to enjoy together. Although the event was private, and the couple kept it secret for some time, TMZ was able to get the inside scoop for a brief story on the ceremony that brought together a new power couple in  Hollywood. The Lyon family will be needing another seat at the family dinner table in months to come. Congrats to the happy couple!
