A Florida man said that security video showed him being manhandled by undercover officers from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office during an apparent drug bust.
The only problem was that the man claimed he was never charged with a drug crime and that he was only at the convenience store because he wanted to buy a drink.

Demarcus Brown said that he had gone to check on his dad when he saw the officers rush inside and arrest a different man on drug charges. He admitted that police told him not to go inside, and security footage shows an officer following him into the store.
“I’m in a choke hold saying, ‘I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe.’ Then they let up and two punches in my side then two punches in my head, they put me in handcuffs and push me up against the ice maker,” Brown said.
