The mother of Terence Crutcher, who was killed by Tulsa police last week, said that she was overcome when she watched the video of her son's death.
The mother of Terence Crutcher, who was killed by Tulsa, Oklahoma police last week, said that she was overcome when she watched the video of her son’s death.
“I lost it,” Leanna Crutcher told CNN on Wednesday. “It was the most devastating thing that has ever happened to me in my life.”
The 40-year-old Crutcher was shot and killed by Officer Betty Shelby after his car broke down on the road. Shelby, who has claimed that she thought Crutcher was high on PCP and that she thought he was reaching for a weapon, has since been put on administrative leave.
