On Sunday during their opening monologue for the 2016 American Music Awards, Jay Pharaoh and Gigi Hadid pulled out their impersonations of Donald and Melania Trump.

“I gotta do the face right,” Hadid said as she pursed her lips and then said in an accented voice, “I love my husband, President Barack Obama and our children, Sasha and Malia.”

Pharaoh joined in on the fun with his own impersonation of president-elect Trump, claiming “Uptown Funk” was about him.

“I love “Uptown Funk.” It was all totally about me, it was originally called “Uptown Trump,”” Pharaoh joked. “I’m gonna funk this country up bigly.”
