John Legend is ‘concerned’ for Kanye after hospitalization

John Legend said that he was with Kanye West just before he was taken to UCLA Medical Center on Monday, and he was concerned by what he saw.

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

John Legend, in an interview with “CBS This Morning” on Tuesday, said he is concerned for friend Kanye West, who was taken to UCLA Medical Center on Monday.

“We were with Kim actually, you know, right before all of that,” Legend said. “I was concerned by what I saw, so hopefully he’s getting some rest and some time to figure things out.”

–The curious case of Kanye West–

West was hospitalized on Monday after a rash of strange behavior, including rants in which he claimed that he would have voted for Donald Trump if he had voted in this year’s election and another in which he called out Beyoncé and Jay Z before abruptly walking out of a concert and cancelling the rest of his performance. Since then, the rest of his “Saint Pablo” tour has been cancelled.

Apparently, even Kim Kardashian is concerned by his latest antics.

“Kim is fed up,” a close friend told DailyMail.com. “They’ve been bickering constantly – she didn’t want Kanye to do the tour in the first place. She wanted him by her side as she recovered from her traumatic robbery. She lost days with him while he’s touring and then he made a rash decision to end the concert after ten minutes and go on a rant. He had a psychotic break. Kanye is very hot tempered and he’s very reactionary. A lot of times, he speaks before he thinks and he’s very sensitive.”
