Ceelo Green responds to video showing him getting injured by exploding cell phone
A video uploaded to Instagram on Saturday seems to show singer CeeLo Green being hurt when his cell phone exploded in his face.

His phone starts smoking then you see the phone explode and Ceelo collapses to the floor! Hope he’s ok! #studio #cellphone #samsung #prayforceelo,” the video’s caption read.
There has been no comment from CeeLo’s camp about the incident and whether or not the video is the real deal.

The video appears to show CeeLo, or someone that looks remarkably like him, talking on his cell phone. After he speaks for a short period of time, the phone appears to blow up in the singer’s face, knocking him to the floor.
CeeLo is a former member of the rap ensemble Goodie Mob but gained worldwide fame as the lead singer of the group Gnarls Barkley, the latter being a collaboration between him and producer Brian Burton, otherwise known as Danger Mouse.
CeeLo is also spent time mentoring musicians on The Voice.
Some social media users claim the video is fake, while others are calling it a publicity stunt. We are just waiting for a comment from his people to know for sure.
