Chance The Rapper celebrates the last Christmas before Trump takes office
Chance The Rapper celebrated Obama’s last Christmas by doing a spoof of Run-DMC’s “Christmas In Hollis” on Saturday Night Live last night.
He worked with SNL cast members Leslie Jones and Kenan Thompson on the song “Jingle Barack” as well. The real DMC even made a cameo appearance at the end.
While the song was upbeat and all in good fun, it came with a serious side to its message as well. It served as a warning about what might happen next year with Donald Trump in the White House instead of Barack Obama.
“Hey kids enjoy the presents while you can, because next year you might get a bomb from Iran,” Thompson rapped.
Chance added this killer line as well, “I’mma hurt myself before we lose Obamacare.”
