An Ohio woman has been accused not only of raping a 4-year-old boy but also of posting the footage online.
An Ohio woman has been accused not only of raping a 4-year-old boy and posting the footage online.
India Kirksey allegedly performed oral sex on the boy and posted the video to the Periscope live streaming app, where someone who saw the footage alerted the authorities. She has since been charged with felony rape and is being held on $350,000 bond.
An unidentified family member claimed that Kirksey has special needs and that this was “not something she would do.”
“We as family try to do the best we can to get her therapy and talk to her, maintain her safety, but sometimes you can only do so much,” the family member claimed. “This is not her character.”
