‘Love & Hip-Hop’ star Amina announces book ‘The Other Woman’
Several seasons ago on Love & Hip Hop: New York, viewers met Peter Gunz as well as the two women he was courting at the same time: Tara Wallace and Amina Pankey.
Both women kept hoping that the other would drop out and that they would ultimately become the only woman in Gunz’s life, and Pankey even eventually became his wife. But both women have babies by Gunz, and while Pankey is in the process of getting divorce, she remains intimate with Gunz. In fact, Gunz came with her to her book signing.

Pankey’s new book, The Other Woman, is attempt to get her side of the story told and an attempt to allow people to get to know her outside of the drama of the show.
“I just want people to listen to my story before they judge me. Yes, I’ve made mistakes, but I love hard. I always have. That’s my biggest crime,” she said.
She went on to say that she is more than just her relationship with Gunz. “There is so much more to me, how I grew up in Germany and my music that I’ve been doing since I was a child,” she said.
