Chris Brown exposé alleges cocaine use, cycle of violence

A damaging exposé alleges Chris Brown abuses cocaine, and other drugs, is incessantly violent and near rock bottom.

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

A week after Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran filed a restraining order accusing him of abuse and threatening to kill her, a damaging exposé alleges the singer abuses cocaine, and other drugs, is incessantly violent and near rock bottom.

A Billboard report claims that Brown, 27, is currently without management after he allegedly assaulted former manager Mike Guirguis, and is slowly losing his inner circle due to his manic behavior and close ties to Los Angeles Bloods gang members.

The detailed report explored Brown’s criminal history and violent encounters, including the infamous 2009 domestic assault case involving then-girlfriend Rihanna, and alleged fights with Drake and Frank Ocean.

Brown’s former inner circle expressed concern for his emotional and mental well-being, one even referring to him as the modern Bobby Brown.

“Sober Chris is a solid guy with a big heart. High Chris and Chris coming off drugs is ungrateful, unappreciative and a foul person who most people don’t want to deal with,” a former associate said. “Good Chris? You’ll fight for him. Unfortunately, the last couple of years, it has been drug Chris. That Chris is not a good dude.”

Another former member of Brown’s inner circle said: “You can talk to any drug addict or chemically imbalanced person — it doesn’t just go away. It’s something you have to work on. You have to change your lifestyle. And he’s not doing the things he needs to do to get well, so he’s never going to be well. The kid is going to hit rock bottom.”
