Karrueche Tran will be facing Chris Brown in court on Thursday, and she is now trying to convince the judge that the restraining order she took out against Brown is for her own safety.

Tran has reportedly tried to serve the temporary restraining order to Brown three times, but each time, he evaded service. Tran reportedly took out the restraining order because Brown had threatened to shoot her, telling others that if he could not have her, no one could.

She has also claimed that Brown was violent with her, and she is prepared to swear as much under oath, despite Brown’s claims that she is making the whole thing up.

Now, Tran wants the judge to give Brown direct orders to either stay away from her for three years or face jail time.
