Laurence Fishburne’s daughter arrested for DUI
Montana Fishburne, Laurence Fishburne’s daughter, was arrested over the weekend near her home in Florida.
According to the Daily Mail, the former porn star was arrested on Saturday morning by Florida Highway Patrol troopers after an accident on I-95. Fishburne was charged with DUI, DUI with property damage and DUI with blood alcohol readings above .15. She was held overnight at the Broward County Sheriff’s Office jail before being released Saturday afternoon on $2500 bond.
At about 1 a.m., Fishburne rear-ended another car that had slowed down to avoid a previous accident, and while her car sustained heavy damage, she was not injured.

The trooper who arrived on the scene wrote in his report that he could smell the alcohol on her breath, writing, “I noticed an open bottle of wine on the real left floor, and the two front seats were splashed with a purple liquid with a strong odor of alcohol.”
“Subject (Fishburne) was moving around constantly and was making incoherent statements such as her driver’s license being different if I was to arrest her,” the report added.
According to the report, Fishburne failed a number of sobriety tests and even squatted to urinate on the shoulder of the road. When she was taken to the stationhouse, she allegedly blew a .177 and .181 on the breathalyzer.
