NeNe Leakes slams Phaedra and Porsha over rape accusation
NeNe Leakes had quite a bit to say about her former cast mates after Phaedra Parks was exposed for lying about a rumor involving Kandi Burruss.
Recently, Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks caused a serious stir during the reunion special of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Williams had claimed that she was warned by Parks that Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd, wanted to drug and rape her, an accusation that even led Burruss to scream, burst into tears, and leave the set.
Now, RHOA original queen NeNe Leakes is speaking out on the nonsense that went down on that special.
“Phaedra been doing this bulls—t for a very long time. Phaedra did the exact same thing to me, as we already discussed before, years ago on the show when she first came on. She tried to take me down and it didn’t work. Phaedra’s been doing stuff like this, she just got caught with these girls,” Leakes told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
Leakes also said that Parks was the “shadiest” of the bunch and added Williams was just as responsible for the drama that went down, regardless of Parks’ influence.
But the shade throwing didn’t stop there.
During WWHL’s after show, Leakes was asked what went wrong between her and Parks, as the two had seemed to form a friendship at one point on the show, to which she responded:
I thought Phaedra and I were cool, but once again she’s just a fraud, who knows. I don’t know what happened. All I know is that I showed up in Jamaica and Phaedra was no longer talking to me, and Porsha was no longer talking to me. I guess Phaedra has a way of twisting people’s mind.
