Wal-Mart shopper tells Latina to leave country, calls shopper N-word

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

In a three-minute video making the rounds of the internet, a white woman can be heard telling a Latina woman to leave the country and calling a black woman who tries to intervene the N-word.

The Latina woman shooting the video, who is named on Facebook as Eva Hicks, is confronted by the woman in the video telling her to “go back to wherever (she’s) from.” When a black woman intervenes and tells the white woman not to say such ignorant things, the white woman tells her to “stay out of it” and calls her the N-word before turning her ire back to Hicks and claiming  “we don’t want you,” before Hicks bursts into tears.

A Wal-Mart employee at last approaches, telling the woman that she must leave for “inappropriate conduct,” as he could hear her yelling from his office.

Hicks posted the video, which has since gone viral, online along with the caption: “I never in my life thought this would happen to me. Yes me. Just on a simple trip to the grocery store after a hard day of work. I love this country and I will stay in this country. Friends please share.”
