August Alsina allegedly flashed a gun at fans who didn’t know when it was time to back off.

Alsina was just minding his own business and buying groceries when a group of three women and one man started to harass him, asking him to take a picture with them. The group would not leave him alone, even when he asked them to, because he was not feeling good.

The 24-year-old singer  has been battling liver disease.

However, the reports from there turn into a “he said, she said” situation. An employee called the cops upon seeing the group following Alsina, and sources told TMZ that Alsina grabbed a gun from his car and slid it down his waistband, showing the group the butt of the gun.

But when police arrived, they determined that Alsina didn’t point the gun at anyone or make any verbal threats, though he was reportedly long gone before officers arrived.

While police did take down a brandishing firearm report, law enforcement sources told TMZ that the case is unlikely to get any traction because the only thing they have to go on is the conflicting stories of who said what.
