On Sunday, Nick Gordon made his first court appearance after he was arrested on Saturday for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.

Gordon, who was held legally responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and kidnapping after allegedly beating his girlfriend so badly that she had to go to the hospital on Friday.

According to TMZ, Gordon’s girlfriend claimed that Gordon had become enraged when he thought that she had been trying to hook up with one of his friends at a sports bar. When she came home from the bar, he started “punching and hitting her and refused to let her leave.”

During the hearing on Sunday, Gordon was ordered to wear a GPS device and told to stay away from the victim. That includes not going back to what Gordon is claiming is his home. Although Gordon insisted that he is the one who lives at the house where the alleged assault took place, not his girlfriend, the judge said that would be determined later and told him not to return there.

His bond was set at $500 for domestic violence and another $15,000 for the kidnapping charge. Gordon reportedly has not posted bond yet because he does not have the funds on hand to do so.
