Bill Cosby shouts ‘Fat Albert’ phrase ‘Hey, hey, hey’ while leaving court

As he was leaving the courtroom along with his legal team, Bill Cosby shouted out the catchphrase for "Fat Albert: "Hey, hey, hey!"

On Tuesday night, the jury hearing the sexual assault case did not come to a conclusion, and as he was leaving the courtroom along with his legal team, Bill Cosby shouted out the catchphrase for “Fat Albert: “Hey, hey, hey!”

The phrase is famous and was related to the cartoon character Fat Albert from “Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids,” a cartoon that aired from 1972 to 1985.

The sudden outburst felt distinctly out of place in the deliberations in which Cosby is accused of having drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand in 2004.

The jury has spent about 16 hours deliberating on both Monday and Tuesday, and they resumed their deliberations on Wednesday morning.
