JAY-Z and Beyoncé reportedly unable to find home to their liking

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Beyoncé and JAY-Z are still trying to find a permanent home for their family.

The home is a $400,000-a-month rental home in Malibu that sits on 6.3 acres and has sprawling Pacific views. According to TMZ, the family will be staying at that estate over the summer as their search continues for an LA home to their liking.

They reportedly do not plan to stay in the Malibu home any later than August, because Blue Ivy is enrolled in an exclusive LA school, and they want her to attend there in the fall. However, they have not found a place that they like, apparently because they aren’t willing to go above their budget.

According to TMZ, their budget is $75 million, but the problem is that, as a source explained, “They want a super baller, crazy estate, and the ones they love are going for $150 mil.”

Apparently, they have seen everything on the market, but everything that they have seen is out of the price range that they are willing to spend. So, for now, they are living with Blue Ivy and their newborn twins, a boy and a girl, at the Malibu rental home.
