A woman was found dead in an Oklahoma Wal-Mart three days after she entered the store.

The Associated Press reported that the 29-year-old woman was seen on surveillance video walking into the store at around 6 p.m. three days prior to her body being found. According to  KJRH, an employee at the Wal-Mart location had tried to get into the family bathroom and found that it was locked. So, an out-of-order sign was placed on the door, and employees did not check the bathroom again until Monday, when they discovered the body inside.

It is not known exactly when the woman, identified as Katherine Caraway, of Muskogee by KOKI-TV, died, nor has an official cause of death been determined. Investigators believe that she might have died of a health condition and do not believe that her death is suspicious.

“We are saddened by this. We don’t know all the facts right now, but we are working closely with local law enforcement to provide what information we have that might be useful. Because this is an ongoing investigation, we must refer you to them for additional information,” Wal-Mart said in a statement.
