Three Maryland teenagers have been charged in the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old.
Kalik Johnson, Kylah Nettleton, who are both 18, and Darius Johnson, 17, have been charged with first and second-degree murder for the death of Dustin Khoury, according to police. Johnson is being tried as an adult, and all three are being held without bond.
Authorities responded to the July 18 shooting to discover Khoury in a car with a gunshot wound. Khoury was taken to a local hospital and was there pronounced dead.
Police investigated the shooting and found that Khoury had met up with the other three teens for an “illegal transaction” prior to the shooting.
