A Florida Chick-fil-A was trashed by unsatisfied customers, who were upset over being served cold nuggets.

According to Allison Music, who posted about the incident on Facebook and shared footage of the ordeal, the incident began when a teenaged boy argued with the staff at the restaurant “for a good 15 or 20 mins” over his order. In response, the manager had locked up the store.

However, shortly thereafter, two women began to beat on the doors trying to get in. They even broke one of the door handles in their attempt to get inside before finally entering through different doors. Music described how the women then began “yelling and arguing” with the employees, who had already called police. While Music did not specify what they were yelling about in the post, the video shows the women saying they were there on their brother’s behalf, because he had been served cold nuggets.

An employee tells the woman that their brother had already received a full cash refund. After that, one of the women can be seen knocking straws and condiments onto the floor, before apparently throwing something across the restaurant.

“This is very disrespectful on so many levels and any parent should be ashamed to raise children to act this way,” Music wrote, describing how there were children in the restaurant who were “crying” because “they were so scared.”

“You handled this situation the sorriest way a person could handle it,” Music wrote. “You are rude, you are a narcissist, and you shouldn’t be proud of what you did. The only thing you accomplished was making a scene. Other than that you accomplished nothing.”
