Nick Gordon no longer has a domestic violence case pending against him.
Nick Gordon no longer has a domestic violence case pending against him.
Gordon was arrested in June after his girlfriend, Laura Leal, accused him of punching her and offered pictures of her alleged injuries. Since that time, however, the girlfriend has stopped cooperating with investigators, and prosecutors believe that they don’t have a chance of convicting him without her cooperation.

She has also made it clear that she does not want him to be prosecuted.
While this means Gordon is walking away clean, the arrest itself still caused a stir, especially since investigators in Georgia had been looking into Gordon as part of an investigation in Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s death.
