Tweet has taken to Instagram to reassure fans that she is feeling much better after having been hospitalized.

“Miracles still happen,” Tweet said on Instagram. “Just wanted to say thank you all for your love, concern, flowers, cards and most of all your prayers. I am doing well and going home soon. I was down but never count GOD out!!! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!”

This after Tweet’s boyfriend, Pastor Jamal Bryant, took to Instagram last week to let fans know that Tweet had been hospitalized for blood clots in her lung and right arm and to ask for prayers.
