Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s estate is now joining Bobby Brown in suing TV One over their biopic about the his and Whitney Houston‘s late daughter.
Brown already sued TV One for the biopic over claims that he is being damaged by the biopic’s portrayal of Brown as a bad father and as violent toward Houston.
Now, the estate is joining Brown, though the estate is claiming that the biopic violates Bobbi Kristina’s right to privacy, which they say survived her untimely death.
Brown and the estate are seeking over $2 million in damages and want a judge to block the biopic from airing.
